Sessions are fun and carefree. There is no posing or saying "cheese" allowed. I’m there to play with your kids. We’ll have a blast telling jokes, spinning in circles and singing some favorite songs. I will happily get down on the floor and giggle right along with the kids. Think of our session as a playdate where your kids can be themselves and have fun ~ and you can relax! Being themselves brings about the genuine smiles and true expressions from each child.

No two sessions are exactly the same. They can’t be because every child is their own unique little person.

where

Sessions are always on-location, often at your house where your kids are comfortable and most likely to be themselves. We can venture out to another location like a great park, downtown for an urban twist or anywhere else you think would be fun. {Sessions are generally 1 - 2 hours long.}

I am a natural light photographer. I work with the natural light that is available wherever we are. We will plan your session so that the light works in magical ways. When I arrive at your house I will spend a few minutes looking for this beautiful light. Live in a cave? No worries ~ we will find some light! {If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will reschedule the session.}

wear

Figuring out what to wear is the most fun part of preparing for your session. Keeping it simple works the best. Bold and fun colors are great. For siblings, clothing that has similar tones works best. Clothing with words or too many crazy patterns can be distracting in your photos. Bare feet are wonderful. Keep in mind the weather in Florida. Long sleeves in the hot summer sun is a sure bet for the grumpies.
